Wildwaves.com is a family-oriented site that represents our theme park. Visitors to wildwaves.com may choose to register at the site. The registration page prominently notes that children under 13 years of age are not eligible to register at wildwaves.com. We do not collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. As a result, children under the age of 13 may not be able to use all areas of wildwaves.com.

WHAT THE CHILDREN'S PRIVACY POLICY COVERS
The Wild Waves Privacy Policy covers all data collected and used by Wild Waves. In addition to the Wild Waves Privacy Policy, this Children's Privacy Policy provides further information and privacy protections for our online site visitors who are under the age of 13.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
When someone under age 13 attempts to register with Wild Waves, a notification will be sent that they may not register, and that we encourage their parent/guardian to register at wildwaves.com instead.

When any user 13 years and older registers for a Wild Waves account, we require name, email address, birthdate, gender, zip code, and personal preferences. Wild Waves uses this information for research, and to communicate with registrants.

Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, no Web site operator can require, as a condition of participation in an activity, that a child under the age of 13 disclose more information than is reasonably necessary. By not collecting any information from children under 13, Wild Waves more than abides by this requirement.
