Concert Information

Amphitheater gates open at 5:00pm*.

Music begins at 6:00pm* and shows end at 8:00pm*.

*All times are approximate and are subject to change the day of the concert.

Entrance into the concert and seating is available on a
FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS with paid admission into the park.

There is no place holding in lines for entry into the Amphitheater or spot saving on the Amphitheater lawn. The entire party must wait in line, no jumping back into the line. 

Concert Tickets

Specific concert tickets will not be sold. A general park admission ticket and/or a 2013 Season Pass will gain you access to the park and the opportunity to experience the concert on a first come, first serve basis as there is limited seating in the amphitheater.  Please note that complimentary tickets, after 4pm tickets, coupons, season pass admission coupons, and group tickets are not valid on concert dates.

 

General Admission Seating

General admission seating is festival-style in the Amphitheater. Everyone is seated on a first-come, first-served basis. Blankets are allowed and encouraged. Low-backed chairs that are below 9” off the ground are allowed. Please be respectful of your neighbors and do not take up more space than you need for your party, we want everyone to be able to find a seat. We do not allow pre-placing of blankets or chairs.

 

Where do concert lines form?

General Concert Entrance Line – Line Enters at 5:00*: The entrance into the Amphitheater is located just north of the High Dive Stage along the fence line going up to Old West Territory. Please look for signage. This line will be let into the concert after the early entrance wristband line.

 

Early Entrance Line – $10.00 Wristband Required – Line Enters at 4:30pm*: An early entrance line is available for guests who opt to buy a $10.00 wristband allowing them to enter the amphitheater half an hour before the general concert line.  Wristbands will be available for purchase the day of the concert (while supplies last, no guarantee).  To purchase a wristband please visit the kiosk located inside the park as you enter through the main turnstiles. Kiosk will be open starting at 10am until supplies last. All wristband holders must be in the early entrance line located outside of Hooks Lagoon area and arrive prior to 5:00pm* to receive early entry into the concert. If you arrive after 5:00pm you will be required to join the general concert admission line, regardless if you purchased a wristband. No refunds on wristbands. Wristbands do not guarantee entrance into the concert, only access to enter the amphitheater before the general concert line if you are in line prior to 5:00pm.

What time does the Amphitheater gate open?

Gates will open once the artist has finished their sound check, approximately 90 minutes prior to showtime – 5:00pm.

 

ADA Seating

Concerts are presented on a tiered, open seating area. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, ADA Seating is located at the top of the amphitheater.  A paved pathway is located near the south end of the TimberHawk. Seating is available on a First Come, First Serve basis.

Where is the ADA line for entrance to the concerts?
The entrance line for Persons with Disabilities into the concert area is located at the top of the amphitheater; please check in at Guest Relations for directions to the ADA section the day of the concert.

Can my friends join me later in the ADA seating section?
Space is at a premium and is being held for the person with disability and one guest. Exceptions are made for families. We ask that all guests be courteous and share space with others.

What if I prefer to sit in general admission section?
You will be able to enter the concert venue at the same time as the general public. 

Weather

Performances take place rain or shine. Tarps, tents and stanchion umbrellas are not allowed.

 

Camera Policy

At the request of the Artists, as a general rule, small personal cameras are allowed.  Not allowed are professional cameras or cameras with removable lenses.  Audio/Video cameras are not allowed and no flash photography. 

 

Hospitality

Restrooms: Restrooms are available inside the amphitheater, next to the stage on either side and next to the ADA seating area.

First Aid: First Aid will be located on Stage Left, near the restrooms.

Smoking: The amphitheater is non-smoking.  The designated smoking area is outside the amphitheater next to the Ring of Fire or in the parking lot.

Concert Gear: The Artist will be selling tees, CDs and other swag at a tent located Stage Left.

Food: No outside food or drinks are allowed in the park. All park purchased food and drinks will be allowed into the amphitheater area.  Water stations will be available near the stage.
