Ticket Questions

Do I need to print out my admission tickets?
Printing your tickets is not required. Simply show the barcode from each admission ticket on your mobile device. You can access the barcode from your confirmation email at any time by clicking the “PRINT TICKETS” button. Please note, our scanners will not recognize screenshots, you must show the live ticket barcode.
If I want to print my tickets out, how do I do that?
You can print your admission ticket(s) from anywhere you can connect to your email and a printer. Open your confirmation email, and select the “PRINT TICKETS” button.
How do I get a refund?

Season Passes and daily tickets are non-refundable as stated at the time of purchase. They are valid on any regular operating day during the season. The policy also applies to non-admission-related in-park or online purchases.

I made a mistake when ordering, what can I do?

Please note that we do not offer refunds; before you make your final purchase, carefully review ALL of your selections. Please be sure you have selected the correct park (we’re located in Federal Way, WA), and review the number and type of tickets selected before completing your purchase. The published Terms & Conditions state “no cancellations, refunds, rain checks or exchanges.” If you need further assistance, please email us at info@wildwaves.com or call the park directly at (253) 661-8000.

Do tickets have expiration dates?
Yes. Daily admission tickets and Season Passes will expire at the end of the season in which they are purchased. Please see our park operating schedule for the last day of the operating season. This excludes if the features of your Season Pass include free benefits for the current year and the next season (like free parking or free Fright Fest for the current season and next season).
I need to call and talk to someone, but the park is closed. Who do I call?

For park-related questions, please call (253) 661-8000 and leave a message or email us at info@wildwaves.com. Due to the high message volume, please do not do both.

If you are having technical difficulties, please call (405) 478-2522, ext 108. Technical Support Agents cannot provide park-specific information such as hours, events information, etc. In addition, Technical Support Agents cannot approve or process refunds or order changes under any circumstance.

I'm chaperoning and don't plan to participate in activities. Can I get a discounted ticket?

Even if you’re not participating in the theme and water park attractions, everyone in the park needs to purchase a ticket.

I’m not riding any of the attractions – do I need to purchase an admission ticket?

Yes, all guests aged 4 and older require an admission ticket to enter the park.

Terms & Conditions

Season Passes are valid only on specified regular operating days during the season printed on the card. Lost, stolen, or misplaced Season Passes may be replaced for a fee of $15 at Guest Relations. A Season Pass cannot be used by any other individual; only the owner of the Season Pass may use the pass. One ticket, voucher or season pass per person. No cancellations, refunds, rain checks or exchanges; tickets will not be replaced if lost, stolen or unused. Tickets may not be copied or resold and may be used only once. Duplication will result in revocation without refund and ejection.

To request a name change, purchaser must accompany the new guest, and present photo ID and ticket/voucher at Guest Relations. Ticket or Season Pass voucher not valid at other parks, or during private parties/blackout dates. Operating dates, hours, prices and policies subject to change without notice. May not be combined with any other offers or discounts.

Some special events may require an additional charge. Prices, dates, hours, and attraction availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to be closed to the public and season pass holders for private events. Availability of rides, shows and attractions are subject to change without notice. A ticket or pass is a revocable license and may be confiscated with no refund of purchase price. Violation of park rules will result in expulsion. A copy of park rules is available upon request. Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive or in poor taste is prohibited. Clothing with inappropriate/offensive words, phrases or graphics are prohibited. While in the theme park (if applicable), shirts and footwear with soles must be worn at all times. Only tickets/season pass vouchers obtained from Wild Waves Theme & Water Park or offices authorized by Wild Waves Theme & Water Park to sell/distribute will be honored. Not valid if reproduced in any manner. Resale of tickets/passes is strictly prohibited. Due to maintenance and other circumstances, certain rides and attractions (including new rides) may not be open to the public. Admission to certain rides, shows, attractions, special events and concerts may require an additional charge or be subject to pre-sold admission. Tube and other rentals, merchandise, food, games and arcades require additional fees. The bearer of the ticket or season pass voucher grants Wild Waves Theme & Water Park the right to film/video/photograph the bearer on park property for any purpose without payment or consideration thereof. Wild Waves Theme & Water Park assumes no responsibility for accident or loss to any person in connection with the condition or use of the park, rides and amusements or their entrance into or departure from the park.
