Admission: Before your visit, be sure to check out our discount ticket options which are available online here at WildWaves.com and at select Safeway and Albertsons store locations. Purchasing your tickets ahead of time will save time and money at the gate!
Admission Tickets Include: A general admission ticket is all you need to enjoy the thrilling rides and slides Wild Waves and Enchanted Village has to offer! All rides, slides, and attractions are included with park admission, with the exception of the I-5 Dive Skycoaster and the Soaring Eagle Zip Line which come at an additional fee.
Announcements & Messages: Unfortunately, personal paging of any kind is not available. If you become separated from your group, you may leave a message for them at Guest Relations.
ATMs: Wild Waves and Enchanted Village has several ATMs throughout the park for your use. ATMs are available at the following locations:
- Front Gate (access is outside the front gate – next to Will Call)
- Shoe Hut – Wild Waves
- Arcade – Wild Waves
- Candy Factory storefront – Enchanted Village
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted with proper identification at all ticket booths, concession stands, and retail stores throughout the park. Unfortunately, personal checks are not accepted.
Please Note: All debit/credit transactions require personal ID at the time of purchase.
Attire: We ask that you dress appropriately for a family environment. Any clothing that can be considered vulgar, offensive, or gang related will not be allowed. Park admission may be denied if clothing is deemed to be inappropriate by management.
Proper swimwear is required on all water attractions. Denim, or swimwear with buckles, rivets or zippers are not permitted on any water attractions.
Some water attractions do not allow t-shirts or swim cover-ups to be worn while on the ride, proper swimwear is required.
The only flotation devices allowed inside the park are U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets. If life jackets are worn, they are only allowed on some water attractions; life jackets are not allowed on body slides and cannot go past certain depths in select pools.
Life jackets are available for FREE on a first-come, first-serve basis at Lockers Rentals. Please contact us with any questions.
For the health and safety of all our guests: shirts and pants or shorts are suggested on attractions beyond the water park. Please note that while shoes are not allowed in pools or on water slides, shoes are required on all attractions beyond the water park. You will be asked to retrieve shoes that have been left in a locker, vehicle, or with personal items.
Attraction Closings: Attractions may be closed temporarily during electrical storms, heavy rain, high wind, or due to maintenance. Attractions will re-open as soon as safe operations can be assured. Refunds for attraction closings will not be offered.
Camera Policy: For safety reasons, picture-taking is not permitted on any ride or attraction. Due to the nature and dynamics of all rides and the potential for injury, unsecured cameras or video cameras of any size are not permitted while on the ride. To store such equipment, either return them to your vehicle or use the lockers that are available for rent for a nominal fee.
The following conditions must be met for the hands free cameras/camera harnesses to be permitted:
- Must be secured by a 3-point or more harness, over the shoulders of the rider and around the torso, that is snapped or buckled closed and cannot be detached by bumping.
- The camera must be inside a case that snaps closed tightly, and the case must be securely attached to the harness with a screw-type pen or similar device. Similarly, if the camera alone can be directly and securely attached to the harness with a screw-type pen or similar device.
- A Park Operations Manager must approve of the device before it is used.
Changing Tables: For your convenience, baby care centers are located in or near each restroom. Splash wear diapers are available for purchase at Surfside Gifts.
Conduct: All guests are expected to behave in a family-friendly manner. Unruly, disruptive, and offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Line-jumping or place holding is prohibited. Fighting, use of force, and physical or verbal threats toward guests or team members will not be allowed. Violations will result in ejection from the park without refund.

First Aid: Wild Waves and Enchanted Village has two EMT-staffed First Aid stations. One is located near the Wave Pool, adjacent to Locker Rentals, Guest Relations, and Surfside Gifts. The other First Aid station can be found near Lumberjack Falls and the Timber Axe. Please note – our EMTs do not disperse any medications.
Food & Beverages: Wild Waves and Enchanted Village has a number of restaurants and concession stands offering a variety of foods. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park. You may bring in plastic bottled water or a water bottle to fill at one of our many water fountains or water filling stations. Hard-sided coolers and glass containers are not allowed inside the park. Soft-sided coolers may be brought in.
If you or a member of your group has a medical dietary restriction or need, please contact the park at least 24 hours in advance of your visit by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist in making accommodations. Accommodations will NOT be made if we do not have 24 hours notice.
Fright Fest Haunted House Rules:
Individuals with light and sound sensitivity, lung, heart, allergy or other serious health conditions should proceed with extreme caution.
Notice of Fright Fest Haunted House Rules:
Must stay on designated path
Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be removed
No touching, harassing or endangering the actors
No touching props or sets
No profanity or obscene gestures
No running or pushing
No strollers or carrying other individuals in the haunted house
No open flames – No smoking
No flash photography or video photography, including cell phones permitted
No entry with food or beverage
All guests are subject to security screening
We reserve the right to stop the tour at any time and remove guests who do not follow the above rules or Wild Waves and Enchanted Village Policies.
Group Events: Wild Waves and Enchanted Village would love to have your group join us for some fun in the sun! Please review the Groups page on the website, or contact a group sales representative at (253) 661-8001 for more information on group discounts, catered picnics, and birthday parties.
Guest Relations: The Guest Relations Center is located near the Wave Pool, adjacent to Locker Rentals, First Aid, and Surfside Gifts. Our Guest Relations team members are always happy to assist you with the following:
- General park information and assistance
- Lost and found
- Information for Guests with Disabilities
- Visitor information (hotels, campsites, points of interest)
Guests with Disabilities: Our goal is to accommodate every guest to the best of our abilities. Participation on some attractions may be restricted due to park and/or manufacturer requirements. These restrictions may include an individual’s height, weight, and physical condition. We strive to provide an entertaining experience with fair, equal, and safe treatment of all our guests. Please contact Guest Relations for additional information or assistance.
Parking: Wild Waves and Enchanted Village has one main parking lot. You are more than welcome to leave and re-enter the parking lot during your visit, just be sure to keep your parking ticket stub on your dashboard.
Parking rates are tax-inclusive and charged per vehicle, per day.
Pick-Up/Drop-Off parking is available at the entrance of the parking lot for individuals who are picking up or dropping off Guests at the theme park, or those who wish to purchase tickets for a future visit. Please note that parking in this section is limited to 15 minutes.
Parking for guests with disabilities is available near the front gate in the main parking lot. Vehicles parked in designated parking spaces without a permit are subject to applicable laws. Standard parking rates apply.
Oversized vehicles include:
- Dually trucks
- Motor homes/RV
- Passenger vehicles with trailers
- Daily parking is valid for the entire day with in and out privileges.
- Daily parking tickets should be placed on the dash of the guest’s vehicle.
- Season Long Pass should be adhered to the driver’s side of the windshield, lower left corner.
- Wild Waves and Enchanted Village parking attendants check vehicles periodically throughout the day. Vehicles without a visible ticket or pass are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
- Wild Waves and Enchanted Village is not liable for any lost or stolen property. Don’t leave valuables inside your vehicle where they are highly visible.
- Guests may return to their vehicles at any time throughout the day.
- Guests should not take up more than one space or block the road way with chairs or tables.
- Barbecuing and/or grilling of any kind is not allowed on park grounds or parking lot.
- Drinking alcoholic beverages is not allowed in the parking lot.
VIP Parking: VIP Parking is available daily for $20.00 per car and includes reserved parking located upfront near the front and exit gates. VIP parking will sell out and is only available on a first come basis.
Restrooms: Each restroom is equipped with a companion stall.
Service Animals: Trained service animals are welcomed but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Service animals are the responsibility of the owner and must not be left unattended. Owners are responsible for the behavior of and cleaning up after their service animal. Due to safety requirements, none of our attractions are able to accommodate service animals. Please be prepared to have a non-rider stay with your service animal at each attraction. Team members are not permitted to care for service animals.
Ride Information: Please review specific ride requirements and restrictions at the entrance of each attraction. Guests should generally be in good health when experiencing thrill rides. Guests who have had recent surgery, expectant mothers, those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, neck or back problems, or a condition that prevents normal seating or use of safety restraints should not board. Riders must be able to hold themselves upright with their head up, shoulders and back against the seat, and their hands and legs inside the ride at all times.
Casts: Guests with casts and limb braces may be restricted from water attractions if the cast cannot get wet. As a general rule, hard casts that cover more than one joint of the arm or leg (i.e. wrist AND elbow, or ankle AND knee) may not be allowed on any attraction due to the restrictive nature of the cast. Any cast that prevents normal seating or use of safety restraints will not be allowed. Some rides may require guests with casts to sit in certain seats or sequences. Guests with casts must be aware that participation on some attractions may worsen an existing injury.
Locker Rentals: Wild Waves and Enchanted Village is happy to have all-day locker rentals available to our guests. The Locker Rentals window is located near the Wave Pool, adjacent to Guest Relations, First Aid, and Surfside Gifts. Our lockers are located along either pathway between the Wave Pool and Zooma Falls. If you need assistance locating your locker, our representatives at either Locker Rentals or Guest Relations are always happy to assist you.
Loose Articles: Loose articles are not permitted on most attractions and should be left with non-riders or secured in lockers. Wild Waves and Enchanted Village and its employees are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Lost and Found: Please visit Guest Relations to report any lost or found items. Our Guest Relations team members will be happy assist you with filling out a lost item report. Wild Waves and Enchanted Village and its employees are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Lost Parents: Children who get separated from their group will be taken to Guest Relations. Children should be instructed to ask the nearest team member for help in case they get lost. Team members are identified by Wild Waves name tags. It is a good idea for your group to decide on a meeting place, such as the Wild Thing, in case you get separated.
Lost or Stolen Season Passes: Please visit the Will Call window at the entrance gate should your season pass turn up missing. A $15 replacement fee will be issued for all season pass re-prints – NO exceptions.

Pet Policy: Wild Waves and Enchanted Village does not offer kennel services and pets are not permitted inside the park.
Public Transportation: Wild Waves and Enchanted Village is located along Pierce Transit Bus Route 402.
Re-Entry: If you wish to leave the park and plan to return the same day you must first get your hand stamped at the exit/re-entry gate. When you return to the park, you must show a proper hand stamp to the security officer and have your ticket stub available upon request or re-entry will not be allowed.
Season Passes are valid for one entry each day. If you are a season pass holder and wish to leave and re-enter the park, you must follow the standard hand stamp procedure.
Rental Tubes: Wild Waves and Enchanted Village has rental tubes available for guests who wish to save time in line. Rental tubes can be used on the Konga Slides, Konga Lazy River, and Raging River Ride only. There is a weight limit for rental tubes – 250 lbs. for a single and 500 lbs. combined for a double tube. (NOTE: Rental tubes cannot be used on Riptide. Please remember that tubes are already provided on water attractions that require tubes.)
Restricted Areas: Guests are not permitted to enter any restricted areas. Personal items lost in ride areas must be reported to the ride operator and Guest Relations. Wild Waves and Enchanted Village will make every effort to retrieve lost articles after normal operating hours. Entering a restricted area will result in ejection from the park with no refund.
Ride & Attraction Requirements: There are inherent risks in the participation on any amusement ride. Guests must:
- Exercise good judgment and act responsibly at all times on all attractions
- Obey all written and oral warnings, rules, and instructions
- Properly use all ride safety equipment provided
- Review specific attraction rules and safety information located at each attraction entrance
Violation of any attraction rule or instruction may result in ejection from the park without refund.
Pregnancy Advisory: Guests who are pregnant may choose to ride any amusement or water attraction; participation on any ride is up to guest discretion.
For the safety of all our guests, most attractions have height, weight, size, and clothing restrictions. Guests may not ride if they are unable to properly use seating or safety restraints, or understand and follow required safety rules and procedures. Child harnesses are not permitted on any ride. Guests are encouraged to know their child’s height to plan which attractions will best accommodate their visit. Height requirements are subject to change without notice. Please see rides and attractions for specific height requirements.
A child must be able to independently hold their torso and head upright with complete upper body control. In addition, a child must be seated in their own seat, place their back against the seat-back, bend their knees over the edge of the seat, face forward, remain seated and hold on to safety bars at all times. All other rider policies (shoes, height, etc.) must be followed. NOTE: We do not allow children to ride on the lap of a parent or guardian on any attraction – the child must occupy their own seat and cannot be picked up at any time during the cycle.
This policy change will affect the following attractions:
Antique Carousel – must be accompanied by an adult
Ferris Wheel – must be accompanied by an adult
Kiddie Boats, Kiddie Coaster – must be accompanied by an adult – companion must keep one arm around child and one hand on safety bar
Kiddie Combo – must be seated in Sports Car or Dune Buggy
Safari Jeeps Space Racer – must be accompanied by an adult
Wagon Train – must be accompanied by an adult
Rider Swap: To accommodate families with small children, Wild Waves and Enchanted Village offers a ‘rider swap’ policy. One parent is required to wait in line while the other parent waits with the small child at the exit to the attraction. After the ride comes to a complete stop the parents may trade places. The first now watching the small child, the second enjoying the ride.
Please make the ride operator aware that you will be using the rider swap policy as the first parent nears the front of the line. Remember that line jumping and place holding is prohibited.
Security Checkpoint: Your safety is our priority at Wild Waves and Enchanted Village. Along with our security team, the Federal Way Police Department is onsite during all operating hours. In order to ensure your group a safe and memorable day, guests are required to pass through metal detectors and all bags must be inspected. You should leave inappropriate items at home or secured in your car. Inappropriate items include, but are not limited to, food, beverages, alcohol, glass containers, firearms, or other items that could be considered weapons.
Smoking Policy: For the health and safety of all our guests, Wild Waves and Enchanted Village has provided 1 designated smoking area marked by a “Smoking Area.” This area is located outside of the exit gate.
Snorkeling Masks: Snorkeling masks are not allowed in our pools. These types of masks are made out of Plexiglas which can shatter, resulting in us stopping the attraction, and having to drain the pool.
Strollers and Wheelchairs: Wild Waves and Enchanted Village does not have strollers or wheelchairs available to rent.
