Season Pass Questions

I want to buy a Season Pass as a gift, but I don’t have all of their information. Can I still complete the order?

Yes! You can always insert placeholder information so that you can complete your order. Instruct the pass recipient to update their personal information when processing their Season Pass (getting a photo taken and an EZ-Band wristband issued). Please note that after processing, Season Passes are non-transferable.

Do Season Passes have expiration dates?
Yes. Daily admission tickets and Season Passes will expire at the end of the season in which they are purchased. Please see our park operating schedule for the last day of the operating season. This excludes if the features of your Season Pass include free benefits for the current year and the next season (like free parking or free Fright Fest for the current season and next season).
What is the difference between a Regular Season Pass, Gold Season Pass, and Platinum Season Pass?
A Gold Season Pass has free season parking and 25% off cabanas. A Platinum Season Pass has free season parking, season dining, and 50% off cabanas. Click here to compare passes.
Why is a Season Pass a good deal?
A Season Pass pays itself off in less than two visits compared to the cost of a regular one-day ticket. Plus, you can visit all season long – including Fright Fest in October! Click here to see all the great benefits of being a Season Pass holder.
How do I get my Cabana discount?

Gold Pass holders receive 25% off cabana rentals. Book online and enter your EZ Band number located on the inside of your wristband to receive the discount when making your reservation.

Platinum Pass holders receive 50% off cabana rentals by contacting mycabana@wildwaves.com before purchasing to receive a personalized link.

How do I get a refund?

Season Passes and Daily Tickets are non-refundable as stated at purchase and will be valid on any regular operating day in the season it was purchased. The policy also applies to non-admission-related in-park or online purchases.

Do you offer a “Family Season Pass”?
No, we only offer individual Season Passes. Each guest 4 years of age and older will need their own Season Pass, or single-day admission ticket, to enter the park. There is no child price for Season Passes. Kids 3 and under are FREE!
Is there a separate entrance for Season Pass holders?
Yes. On Saturdays and Sundays until noon, Season Pass holders and their guests can use the Exit Gate to enter the park. Please note the Season Pass entrance is open on weekends only during the summer season and is closed during Fright Fest.
Where do I get my Souvenir Bottle?
Season Pass holders can pick up their souvenir bottles at any concession stand. Scan your EZ-band wristband to redeem.
I have a Season Dining Plan with my Season Pass. How do I activate it?

Your Dining Plan is valid for the entire season for which it is purchased. IMPORTANT: Activate Dining Plan at Guest Services next to the main entrance before using it.

Is there a season locker pass?
Yes. We offer a Season Pass Locker Plan. It can be purchased online, at any ticket booth or at Guest Services. The Locker Pass is available to Season Pass holders only and is for a standard-size locker only.
How do I process my Season Pass?
To process your Season Pass, present your Season Pass voucher (on your phone or printed) at any front gate ticket booth. You can process your Season Pass any day the park is open or during Early Processing Days before the season begins, typically in May. Check our events page or Facebook for dates and details.

 

If you are renewing your Season Pass, make sure to save your EZ-band wristband and you will all be set for the next season – no need to re-process! If you need assistance please visit Guest Relations, email info@wildwaves.com, or call (253) 661-8000.

Can I borrow someone else's Season Pass? Is it possible for someone to use my Season Pass if it is stolen?
No, and no. A photo is taken of every Season Pass holder and is attached to their profile. We verify every pass on every visit to ensure it matches the listed pass holder. If someone else tries to use your Season Pass, they will not be able to gain entry to the park, use any of your in-park coupons or store value in the park. Stolen Season Passes will be confiscated and held at Guest Relations.
Do I need to bring my Season Pass every time I visit the park?
Yes. Season Pass wristbands are required for park entry at all times. If you lose your EZ-Band wristband, you can replace it for $15 by visiting Guest Relations, located next to the front gate. If you forgot your EZ-Band at home, we can look up your Season Pass information for free one time at Guest Relations. If you forget a second time, look-ups include a fee of $5. If you forget a third time, you will need to purchase a replacement Season Pass wristband for $15.
What if I have Season Pass parking, but someone else wants to use the parking pass without me there?
Season Pass Parking is attached to an individual’s photo and profile and is non-transferable.
What is MyPass?
MyPass allows Season Pass holders to manage their Season Pass profile, view and track Season Pass coupons, and load money onto their EZ-Band wristband for in-park purchases.
How do I create a MyPass account?
After you process your Season Pass (you have your EZ-Band wristband), you will receive an email notification within 48 hours that will prompt you to create your MyPass profile with a username and password. As soon as you create and log in to your MyPass account, all Season Passes that were processed with your email address will automatically be linked to your MyPass account for you to manage. If you do not receive an email prompting you to create an account, you can can create one here. If you choose to create your account online through WildWaves.com, please have your Season Pass barcode or EZ-Band number ready.
What if I do not have a Season Pass but need to manage a family member or friend’s MyPass?
If you have access to the Season Pass holder’s barcode or EZ-Band code, you can set up a MyPass account where you can manage their Season Pass profile, view and track Season Pass coupons, and load money onto their EZ-Band wristband for in-park purchases.
Can a Season Pass be managed through multiple MyPass accounts?
Yes. A Season Pass can exist/be linked to multiple MyPass accounts. For example, if both parents have separate MyPass accounts, they can have all children’s passes added to each account.
How do I load money on my Season Pass?
You can add money (also called “Stored Value”) to your Season Pass EZ-Band wristband via your MyPass account. You can also add money by visiting Guest Relations or any front gate ticket booth. Stored value can only be used inside the park (not valid to purchase tickets, Season Passes, day/season parking, or any other add-ons). Stored value is valid at in-park retail and food locations. Outside park vendors and games are excluded.
What happens to the money left on my Season Pass EZ-Band wristband at the end of the season?
All stored value that is left over on your EZ-Band at the end of the season will roll over to the following season. There are no refunds for funds added to your EZ-Band; however, the balance does not expire.
Where do I find my Season Pass coupons?
All Season Pass coupons are loaded onto your Season Pass EZ-Band when it is processed (photo taken and wristband issued). Manage your Season Pass profile, view and track Season Pass coupons, and load money onto your EZ-Band wristband by creating a MyPass profile.
How do I know what coupons I have left to use on my Season Pass?
To see which coupons you have used and which ones are available, log on to MyPass. While at the park, guests can inquire with any team member at a park register to look up their coupon benefits (including front gate, retail and food team members).
Do Season Pass coupons expire?
Yes. All Season Pass coupons and free and discounted tickets have varied expiration dates; be sure to review your benefits carefully to ensure you don’t miss out! Create a MyPass profile to keep track.
How do I use my Season Pass coupons?
To use a Season Pass coupon, scan your EZ-Band wristband when checking out. Make sure to specify which coupon you want to use before your purchase is completed. There are no transaction adjustments or refunds after a transaction is complete.
How do I use my locker coupon with the new automated locker system?
Visit the Rentals office (located next to the Wave Pool under Sharkey’s Bar) and present your EZ-Band wristband to receive a coupon code for your locker discount. Enter the code at one of the locker kiosks. All locker coupons are valid for one-time use only.
Can I use multiple Season Pass benefits or coupons on the same day?
Yes. You can use multiple Season Pass coupons on the same day as long as the dates are valid and not expired. You can see your valid Season Pass benefits and coupons when you sign in to your MyPass account.
How do I use my Bring-A-Friend Free tickets?
At the front gate before scanning your Season Pass, specify to the team member that you would like to use your Bring-a-Friend ticket. They will scan your wristband to redeem it. Please make sure to be clear about which ticket you intend to use before scanning your wristband. Please note, Bring-a-Friend free tickets have varied expiration dates throughout the season. How do I redeem a discounted Buddy Ticket?
Visit any ticket booth and tell the team member which Buddy Ticket you would like to use. Our team member will scan your EZ-Band wristband and provide you with a physical ticket for your friend to enter the park.
How do I make a payment on my Season Pass Payment Plan?

All payment plan payments are auto-billed. Payment dates are automatically selected during the checkout process and are based on the date you make your initial purchase. No payments can be made at the Park. Non-payment will result in automatic Season Pass suspension. Click here to visit the Payment Portal.

Can I use my Season Pass before I finish making payments on my Payment Plan?
Yes. However, any non-payment will result in an automatic Season Pass suspension.
